I feel you, I've been there and it sucks. It used to be no problem for me to drop 5-10 pounds when I needed to. Sure, I worked hard in the gym and ate clean, but each year it seemed a little harder and took a little longer. Until it just stopped working and I found myself 15 (okay 20) pounds overweight.
I know your pain and your frustration, I did ALL the cardio and ALL the diets, I was stuck in this cycle for almost 20 years. It wasn't until I changed my nutrition, fitness and mindset, that I finally got my body back!
This is why I created this program, to adjust your nutrition and training and get that body back!
MACROS/NUTRITION- I will calculate your macros to get you your best results. Not familiar with macros? Don't worry! I will teach you exactly how to use macros to get your nutrition back on track and get the scale moving without taking away the foods you love or putting you on an extremely low calorie goal. Just because you're eating healthy doesn't mean you're eating enough or getting the right proportion of protein, carbs and fats, especially now that we are dealing with hormone fluctuations and menopause.
FITNESS/MOVEMENT- You will get an easy to follow weight lifting program to get your best results. Whether at home or in the gym, these workouts are short and effective, 3 days a week. These workouts are delivered through my True Coach app and will keep you accountable.
MINDSET- You can't hate your body and get results. Whether you struggle with fitness, nutrition, confidence or body image, changing the way you THINK will change the way you feel, not just about your body but your LIFE!
ACCOUNTABILITY-Weekly coaching sessions on Wednesday 9pm EST where I'll go deep on one topic each week and answer all your questions plus provide you with the information and support you need. You'll get a meal builder template, a shopping list, a sample meal plan and all the educational handouts to download or print.
